Harley Quinn Cosplay – Makeup Tutorial

Hey everyone! For Halloween, I decided to cosplay as Harley Quinn! Let’s get started on her makeup

You’ll need

Black and white face paint
Foundation
Eyeliner and eyeshadow
Matte gray glitter
Red matte lipstick
Mascara

Step 1: Start with a clean face! Next, mix some white face paint with your foundation. I included a bit of foundation to maintain a tinge of fleshy tones in my face paint

Step 2: Using some setting powder to set in the face paint

Step 3: Apply Tart’s blush along your cheeks

Step 4: Apply Mac pigment’s vanilla under your brow bone

Step 5: Apply some matte black eye shadow to your upper eye lid. Afterwards, grab a blending brush and blend upwardsStep 6: Using a pencil, mark the areas around your eyes where the vertical slits will go. Next, using a detail brush and Mehron’s face paint, outline your eyesStep 7: Flesh out the vertical slits and make the middle portions slightly triangle in shape

Step 8: Add some matte red lipstick to your lips. Next, darken your eyebrows with Anastasia’s pomade

Step 9: Add a long red line to extend your lips

Step 10: Add some more face paint to the bottoms of your eyes, as if you were crying

Step 11: Outline your lips with black eyeliner

Step 12: Add some gray matte glitter to your upper eyelids

Step 13: Add some mascara to your eyes

Step 14: Add some red temporary hair color and we’re done!
